This dressing has about 18g fat for 2 Tablespoons, so I don't eat it often to stick with PCRM low-fat suggestions. But, for people like my husband this creamy dressing makes him a happier vegetarian.
1/2 cup vegan mayo*
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
freshly ground black pepper
Mix ingredients together.
