Tiramisu Overnight Oats

I love it when I open my fridge and see a jar of overnight oats. Breakfast = DONE.

1/4 cup plant-based milk

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup SoDelicious coconut milk Yogurt (Plain)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp instant coffee granules

1 tsp agave or maple syrup (optional)

1 Tablespoon chia seeds

cocoa powder for dusting

  1. Combine all ingredients (except cocoa powder) in a mason jar.

  2. Cover with lid and shake or stir with a spoon until combined.

  3. Store in the refrigerator overnight.

  4. To serve, dust with cocoa powder (or perhaps cocoa nibs).
