This jicama salad is filling and nutritious with ample fiber, low calories, and Vitamins A and C and Beta-Carotene. Fiber is great for filling you up and digestive health. Fiber also helps reduce cholesterol. Vitamin C and Beta-Carotene are powerful antioxidants that can help prevent aging and cancer. Vitamin A is good for your eyesight.
