1 cup of plant-based milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or another berry)
1/2 cup spinach (or another leafy greens/cabbage)
4 ice cubes (optional)
1 Tablespoon flax, chia or hemp seeds (optional)
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
Note: If you like your smoothies a little sweet, add a couple of dates or 1/2-1 Tablespoon of agave.
