Brownie Balls

I think this is from or adapted from a feastingonfruit.com recipe (but I can't find the recipe on the site anymore)


Make a healthy sweet for Valentine's Day or any other day.




about 20 balls


1 cup pitted Medjool dates

1 cup rolled oats

2 Tablespoons cocoa powder

1/4 cup cacao nibs (for not strictly raw version you can substitute vegan chocolate chips)


Place all ingredients in a food processor.


Process until a dough forms. This takes about 3 straight minutes of the food processor running.


Shape into a log, cut into equal sections and roll into balls.


Refrigerate.
