Rooted Dish Community Meetings


I host a quarterly, live Zoom meeting where we discuss wellness topics. 

I demonstrate a plant-based recipe and we share information all while laughing and getting to know each other.  Meetings are usually the last Friday of the month.

Food For Life Cooking Classes


Cooking shouldn't be complicated, and learning shouldn't be intimidating! That's why I offer cooking classes and events that feature simple, nutritious recipes and an engaging learning experience to elevate your favorite meals into something everyone can enjoy!

Join in and watch fun cooking demonstrations and learn how vegan foods can help you optimize your health.  These classes are based on the scientifically-proven Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine curriculum.

Hoop Jams


Are you ready for some FUN? If you are, come to a "hoop jam" where we will hula hoop for fun, fitness and community. Everyone knows that you need to move you body for health. Why not enjoy it while you do?


Hooping not only makes you feel amazing, but it also reduces stress and improves heart health and core strength.

Let's Beat Breast Cancer

This class will show you what to eat to reduce your risk of breast cancer or recurrence and how to do it. This class includes nutrition information, cooking demos, and delicious recipes.
