How this Program Works 

In this 90-day program, we will meet weekly over the phone and I will share curated health material designed to give you the right amount of information for change without overwhelming you.  These sessions allow for one of the most important aspects of coaching - accountability.  Accountability allows you to show up for yourself like never before.  ​

Module 1

Fueling Your Body for Energy & Health

In this module, you will create goals to focus your efforts, set up your environment and schedule for success, learn (1) how to eat for energy, (2) the secret for making movement more enjoyable, and (3) how to deal with setbacks.

Module 2

Creating an Unstoppable Mindset

In this module, you will harness techniques to tame chronic stress, create reward rituals that don’t sabotage your health goals, and create rituals that improve your sleep so you can rest and recharge.

The Healthy Lifestyle Makeover Includes: 

  • Twelve 60 minute virtual, private coaching sessions tailored to your unique health goals (once a week);

  •  Curated health and wellness information delivered when you need it to reduce overwhelm;

  •  Exclusive access to the "better" app so you can track your food, mood, sleep, hydration and more.  The app allows for on-call coaching support between coaching sessions; and

  •  Weekly action steps and accountability to keep you moving forward.

Hi, I'm Granetta

I have an active lifestyle where I enjoy hula hooping, walking, biking and other outdoor activities.  I'm also obsessed with cookbooks.  As a result, I'm always sharing fun ways to move and trying new recipes to pass along to my clients. 

I started Rooted Dish to help people love "eating more plants."  I became a certified health coach to offer my clients more support and to assist them beyond healthy eating by adding nourishing activities like relaxation techniques, movement and quality sleep to their lives.
