Seared Cauliflower

This simple dish can be quite filling and round out a meal.
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 Tablespoons tamari
- Water
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons minced parsley
2. Then add tamari. When the tamari starts to stick to the pan, add 3-4 Tablespoons of water and the garlic. Allow the sauce to reduce until it just coats the cauliflower.
3. Remove the cauliflower from the heat and immediately toss it with the parsley.
