- 1/2 cup vegan mayo*
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- freshly ground black pepper
Mix ingredients together.
NOTE: *I like Original Vegenaise by Follow Your Heart. This dressing has about 18g fat for 2 Tablespoons, so I don't eat it often to stick with PCRM low-fat suggestions. But, for people like my husband this creamy dressing makes him a happier vegetarian.
