- Watermelon Agua Fresca– For an easy summer cooler, blend chunks watermelon in a blender with a little maple syrup (optional) and water. Divide mint and lime wedges into 4 glasses and muddle. Add ice and pour over watermelon water. until smooth and strain through a sieve if desired. Recipe:
- ½ large watermelon
- 2 TBS maple syrup
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- ½ Lime (sliced into wedges)
