Brownie Balls

about 20 balls
- 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs (for not strictly raw version you can substitute vegan chocolate chips)
Place all ingredients in a food processor.
Process until a dough forms. This takes about 3 straight minutes of the food processor running.
Shape into a log, cut into equal sections and roll into balls.
Refrigerate.
