Frozen Fruit & Veggie Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or another berry) 
  • 1/2 cup spinach (or another leafy greens/cabbage)
  • 4 ice cubes (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon flax, chia or hemp seeds (optional)
 

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy.

 

Note: If you like your smoothies a little sweet, add a couple of dates or 1/2-1 Tablespoon of agave.
