Credentials
When I was a teenager and a competitive gymnast, I used visualization, focused breathing and massage to improve my performance. This planted a seed that later grew into a passion for wellness. After practicing law for over 10 years, I decided to start working in the wellness industry as a group exercise instructor and a massage therapist. In 2011, I switched to a plant-based diet for health and I decided to combine my love of teaching and my love of cooking. So, I started Rooted Dish to teach people how to make healthy plant-based meals that taste good.
I have expand my offerings to include Health & Life Coaching. As a coach, I help people identify what is stopping or slowing them down from having the life they want. And, I guide them toward that life with new healthy habits that last.
I am passionate about wellness and personal improvement and I love working with people who want to live better.
