For me, your health is personal!

After the birth of my daughter, I was struggling.  She was three years old and I still had "the baby weight."  I felt trapped in a body I didn't love and I began a journey.  I needed to discover how to take care of my body and my mind with the demands of motherhood.  And what started as a personal mission to improve my own health has turned into a system that has helped women finally make time for their own wellbeing.  You give and give, but you also need to balance that with giving to yourself.

Why is your health important?  It determines not only the quantity of the years you get but also their quality.  If you have grand kids, wouldn't you want to be mobile.  


I'm passionate about helping moms over 40 LIVE BETTER by building healthy habits around the CORE 5 (nutrient-packed food, healthy hydration, movement, sleep and stress management).
