I understand the feeling of losing your spark and energy as you age and go through menopause. I’ve been there. I’ve woken up in soaking sheets and didn’t know why. I’ve discovered whispy mustache hairs and that one wiry chin hair. I’ve lost hair on my head and gained weight around my middle.

Through all of this change, I’ve laughed, cried, and took action. I’ve incorporated sustainable ways to eat better, move smarter, hydrate, sleep, deal with stress, and remove those pesky hairs. These changes helped me feel stronger, energized, and lighter mentally and physically. Part of my transformation included going plant-based in 2011. There are many benefits to plant-based eating for menopausal women including hormone balancing, weight management, heart health, and reducing inflammation & hot flashes. I share these benefits with my clients, but I work with women who want to eat plant-based or traditional diets.

In THE MENOPAUSE TUNE-UP program, I offer personalized coaching to help you make healthy changes. Depending on your preferences, we can start with lifestyle changes such as improving your diet or getting better sleep, or we can start with strength training to boost muscle tone and encourage fat loss. Whatever you choose, I'll work with you to create a plan that meets your needs and goals.

If you're concerned about starting this program but not being able to finish it, rest assured this program has built-in accountability with weekly coaching sessions. These sessions guide and support you so that you stay committed and bounce back quickly in case of any setbacks.
